Designed by the Legendary Colonel Rex Applegate. The Gerber blade is made from stainless steel that is equipped with an opening stud which can be opened with either the left or right hand. These Gerber knives are one-hand opening with a liner lock that's ideal for many situations. The Gerber Applegate Combat knife has an interlock safety that firmly locks the blade in place, preventing accidental unlocking. Gerber incorporates a balck sturdy nylon material for the handle that contours to fit nicely in your hand and comes with a Ballistic sheath to keep the Gerber knife looking new for years after.
